Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel your Pacer subscription at any time. When you cancel, you'll keep Pacer access until the end of your current billing period — you won't be charged again after that, and there's no penalty for cancelling.
Refunds
- Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, since you retain full access to the paid plan for that period.
- If you were charged in error, or charged twice for the same billing period due to a technical issue, contact us and we'll investigate and refund the duplicate charge.
- Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and, where approved, are processed back to your original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 business days.

Free plan
The Free plan has no charges, so there's nothing to cancel or refund — you can simply stop using the app at any time, or delete your account entirely from your Profile.
