LDIL ("we", "our", "the app") is a running app built for cricket ground and track runners. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and how you can control it.
Information we collect
- Account information: your email address, used only to verify your identity via a one-time code. We never ask for or store a password.
- Profile details you provide: display name, coach name, birth year, gender, and running preferences — all optional except your display name, and all editable or removable anytime from your Profile.
- Run data: GPS location recorded only while you are actively tracking a run, along with distance, pace, duration, and lap splits.
- Subscription and payment status: which plan you're on and your billing history. Card and payment details are handled entirely by our payment processor, Razorpay — LDIL never sees or stores your card information.
- Device information: a device fingerprint used only for account security (detecting unusual sign-in activity), and push notification tokens if you enable notifications.
How we use this information
- To record and display your runs, splits, and personal bests
- To calibrate ground-specific lap distances so your stats stay accurate over time
- To personalize your voice coach (Pacer plan) and leaderboard visibility, based on choices you make in your Profile
- To detect and prevent fraudulent account activity or payment abuse
What we don't do
- We do not sell your personal data to third parties
- We do not track your location outside of an active run session
- We do not show ads or share your data with advertisers
Your controls
From your Profile, you can edit or remove almost any personal detail at any time. You can also request a full export of your data, or permanently delete your account — both available directly in the app, verified by a one-time code sent to your email for security.
Data storage
Your data is stored using Cloudflare's infrastructure. GPS route data is stored separately from your account details and is only ever linked back to you through your authenticated session.
